Betting and Game Rules
Worth a spin

General rules that apply to all play
These rules apply to every game, bet and round placed through your account with us, on desktop or on a mobile device. Where a game carries its own rules, they apply in addition to this page.
You may hold one account only. Duplicate accounts, or accounts opened for another person, may be closed and play on them may be voided. We hold a gaming licence and verify the identity of every account holder, so we may ask for documents before play continues or funds are paid out.
- 18+ only. Our games are for adults who are of legal age to gamble, and age verification applies to every account.
- Real-money and bonus balances. Where you hold both, stakes are taken in the order shown in the cashier and set out in our bonus terms.
- Stakes are taken at the point of play. Your balance is adjusted when you confirm a stake, not when the round finishes.
- Bets are final once placed. A spin, hand or round that has started cannot be cancelled, changed or returned on request, so please double-check your stake and selections first.
- Limits come from the game. Minimum and maximum stakes, and any table limits, are the ones displayed in the game you are playing.
How bets and spins are settled
Every outcome is produced and recorded by the game server, not by your browser or app. The result held on the server is the final result of the round and is the one used to settle your bet, even where your screen shows something different because of a display error, a slow connection or a lost session.
- You confirm a stake and the amount is taken from the balance in use.
- The game server produces the outcome of the round using the random number generator in that game.
- The outcome is settled against the paytable and rules of that game.
- Any win is credited to your balance and the round is written to your account history.
In-game rules and paytables apply in full. Each game has a help or information screen that explains how wins are formed, which features can be triggered, how any side or gamble feature works, and how incomplete rounds are handled. Where a game's own rules differ from the general description here, the game's rules decide that game.
The theoretical return-to-player figure is shown in the information screen of each game. It describes an average return measured across a very large number of rounds and says nothing about the outcome of a single session.
Malfunctions and interrupted rounds
A malfunction voids all pays and play. If a game, feature or display does not work as designed, any result it produces and any amount it credits are void, and stakes placed in the affected round are returned to the balance they came from.
- A malfunction covers errors in the game software, in the way a round is transmitted, and in the way a result is recorded or paid.
- Amounts credited in error may be removed from your balance or deducted from a later withdrawal.
- Where a round cannot be completed, we settle it under the game's rules for unresolved rounds or return the stake.
- Our records of a round decide what happened and take priority over what was displayed on your device.
If you lose your connection
A round that has already started is not affected by a dropped connection. When you reconnect, the game either resumes from the point at which it stopped or settles automatically against the result held on the server, depending on how that game is built. Any win is credited whether or not you are still logged in. If a round is still open when you return, reopen the same game before starting another.
Bonus funds and promotional play
Bonus funds, free spins and other rewards follow the terms of the offer they came with, together with our general bonus terms. Those terms sit alongside this page and decide anything to do with the offer itself.
- Maximum bet. A maximum stake per spin or round applies while a wagering requirement is open, and rounds placed above it may be void.
- Game contributions. Games count towards wagering at different rates and some do not count at all; the rates are shown with the offer.
- Excluded play. Low-risk or near-even-money betting on table games may be excluded from wagering while a bonus is active.
- Expiry. Bonus funds and free spins expire after the period stated in the offer, and anything unused is removed at that point.
| What you are checking | Where it is shown |
|---|---|
| Stake limits for a game | The betting panel and information screen of that game |
| Paytable and feature rules | The help screen inside the game |
| Return to player | The information screen of each game |
| Wagering requirement and contributions | The terms attached to the offer in your account |
| Deposit, loss and session limits | The limits shown in your account |
Live casino and table games
Live tables are hosted by a dealer and run to the pace of the table. The rules of each table, including stake limits, side bets and how an unclear situation is resolved, are set out in the help section of that table.
- The dealer's decision stands. Decisions at the table about the order of play, the validity of a bet and the outcome of a round are final for that round.
- Late bets are not accepted. A bet placed after betting time has closed does not stand, and the stake is returned.
- Misdeals and card errors are settled under the rules of that table, which may mean the round is void and stakes returned.
- Studio equipment. Where a shoe, wheel or shuffler does not work as designed, the round is treated as a malfunction and the section above applies.
Please do not rely on the video stream alone to read a result. Where the stream and the result recorded on the server differ, the recorded result settles the round.
Questions and disputes about a round
If you believe a round has settled incorrectly, contact us before you carry on playing that game. Write to support@casinojammyjack.co.uk or use the live chat on site, and give us as much of the following as you can.
- The name of the game or live table.
- The date and time of the round, and your time zone.
- The round, hand or game reference from your account history or the game's history panel.
- The stake you placed and the result you expected.
- A screenshot or screen recording, if you have one.
We look into each query against the records held for that round, including the stake taken, the outcome produced by the game server and the settlement applied to your balance. We will explain what those records show and correct any round that was settled incorrectly. If you are not satisfied with our answer, our complaints procedure sets out the next steps, including the dispute resolution service named there.
Playing safely
Our games are for players aged 18 or over. You can set deposit, loss and session limits, take a time-out or self-exclude at any time using the limits shown in your account. Free, confidential support is available from GambleAware, GamCare and the National Gambling Helpline, and GamStop lets you exclude yourself from licensed gambling sites in Great Britain.
